Shipping and Returns

Return or Cancellation Policy

Most bridal and formal wear salons and websites don’t allow returns or cancellations, we offer a merchandise refund on all accessories with a 25% restocking fee, and a 50% merchandise refund on bridal, bridesmaid, mothers’, flower girl, and special occasion dresses, as well as tuxedos and suits.

To return your merchandise…

1. Bridal, bridesmaid, mothers’, flower girl, and special occasion dresses, may be returned within two days (48 hours) of receipt for a 50% restocking fee. Accessories for a 25% restocking fee.
2. Return your merchandise within 2 days of receiving it.
3. Return merchandise in unworn, original condition and original packaging with tags attached. Custom orders, monogrammed, dyed, or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Call 1-503-847-8218 for a Return Authorization number and form. Write the number on the outside of the box.
5. Complete the return form and place it in the box.
6. Mail the box using your preferred shipping method. When we receive it, we will send you an email.
7. Once you receive our email, call us with your credit card information, and we will issue a refund minus the restocking fees.

Who’s responsible for return shipping?
Online merchandise must be returned insured, via UPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Bridal Blessings. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

What if I received a promo code or other special offer on my returned or cancelled item?
Returned or cancelled items will void any promotional codes or other special offers.

Guarantee:
If the item or dress we send you is not the dress you ordered (the size ordered, the color ordered, the style ordered), brand new and flawless from the designer/manufacturer that makes it, we and the factory will stand behind our service and will either repair or replace the item when notified. Notification of issue must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

How do I handle defective merchandise?
Every item purchased is carefully inspected for correct style, color and size. All beading, embroidery, the hems and seams are also inspected to ensure it is in new & satisfactory condition before we ship.
If you feel your merchandise is defective, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving it for a return authorization. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with tags attached. Once received, our customer service representative will inspect the merchandise for defects and, if applicable, contact the designer to repair or replace it. If we find that the merchandise is not defective or has been misused, it will be shipped back to you. We will incur shipping charges on defective merchandise, but we will not incur shipping charges on merchandise that is not found defective or misused.

What if I need to cancel my order before I receive it?
When an order is placed at Bridal Blessings, we immediately place a special order with the designer. As with any special order, the designer does not allow it to be cancelled. As a service to our customers, if you do need to cancel your order, we offer a 75% refund on accessory orders and a 50% refund on bridal, bridesmaid, mothers’, flower girl, and special occasion dresses, as well as tuxedos and suits.

How to Calculate Shipping
You can calculate your shipping cost by adding an item to your shopping bag, and using our estimated shipping calculator. For US residents, enter your zip code and click calculate. For international residents, select your country from the drop-down and click calculate. The drop-down menu to the right will show you all available shipping methods to your area and an estimated shipping and handling cost.

Most Special Occasion items are often only worn once or a few times and some individuals would try to return their purchase after their occasion.
Most of the items sold by Beyond The Veil Bridal are special ordered especially for you. This allows you to receive the style, color, size and options desired by you. This also means no other customer has touched or worn your item. Samples sale items may have been tried on in our store prior to sale.

Policy Exceptions

Shoes and accessories
Shoes and accessories may be returned within two days (48 hours) of receipt for a 25% restocking fee. Bridal Blessings internet department must be notified via our contact page within two days of product receipt. Shoes may be exchanged for a different size for no additional processing fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. All items returned must have clearly printed on the shipping box a Return Authorization number and be in new, UNWORN & RESALABLE condition. Shipments received without this RA number will be refused for return to sender. Items returned that show use will not be eligible for credit, and the customer must pay for return shipping.
